INGREDIENTS
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 2tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1tbsp Walnuts
- 1tbsp Pecans
- 1tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- Sweetener (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
- Add walnuts, pecans and sunflower seeds to a food processor and pulse a few times.
- In a small pot, add the nut crumble you just made, and all other ingredients.
- Heat the mixture on low for 20 minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed most of the liquid. Remember to keep stirring the pot so the seeds don't stick to the bottom!
- When the porridge has thickened, turn off the heat and pour into a bowl. Top with whatever you fancy! We would suggest an ADONiS Pecan Nut Bar and some peanut butter!
